If you don't tightlace, but dream of having a dramatic historically accurate silhouette – this replica of a 19th century Victorian hip improver will help you achieve the goal effortlessly.

The listed hip improver is a replica of an extant undergarment, patented in 1901. And the front lacing makes it easily adjustable! A hip improver of this type can add up to 14 cm (5.5") more volume to one's original hip measurement, depending on chosen fullness and how tightly it is laced at the bottom.

SIZING: The hip pad is available in 4 sizes - please select the modern size you normally wear.

The hip pad stops 15 cm (6") below the waist on the body.

There are three types of fullness to choose from:

1) Slight - if you prefer adding extra 4-5 cm (2") to your original corseted hip measurement.
2) Moderate - average density. Adds 5-10 cm (2"-4").
3) Strong/Dense - highly recommended for male wearers and following body types: rectangle, apple and inverted triangle. It adds 10-14 cm (4"-5.5") of extra volume.

Lace design used for your hip improver may be slightly different from the pictures due to limited stock of the cotton lace.

LEAD TIME: 5-10 business days on average.

SHIPPING: All packages are sent tracked and insured. Standard delivery from Poland can take 2-4 weeks depending on destination. If you prefer to receive your order as fast as possible or you need it for a special date, it can be shipped with UPS or FedEx instead of Polish Post at extra cost (door to door delivery or to a pick-up point).
